The PP,PE,ABS,FRPP thick and ultra thick plate extrusion production line equipment mainly consists of a single screw extruder, an automatic control system, a hanger type plate mold, a heat exchanger, a multi roller calender, a cooling bracket and edge cutting device, a traction device, and a transverse cutting device. It is mainly used for producing thicker plates such as PP, PE, ABS, HDPE, etc.

Our company has been able to produce ultra-thick plates with a thickness of 35mm through technological research and development, as well as technological improvements. At the same time, the production has also increased exponentially. The production of general thick plates can reach 350kg/h, while our company's ultra thick plate production can reach 600kg/h.
