Characteristic

VFK-TCS driven by AC Servo Motor and Cam Link works the cutting connected by Forming Machine.
Formed sheet transport system by AC Servo Motor transfers the sheet to the exact cutting position by every 0.1mm.
Packing can be done sanitarily through the Auto Counting and Stacking system driven by Servo Motor and Ball Screw performs the Counting/Stacking/Ejecting easy and fast.
Timing and speed adjustment of each stage can be set easily using Touch Screen.
120 different forming data can be memorized in the Controller and extra data can be memorized using memory card.
