Characteristic

The machine works in with full-automatic 4-shaft winder and robot, online produce 3" and 2" high quality jumbo rolls and small rolls of stretch film. It has the functions of automatic winding, automatic meter counting, automatic cutting-off, automatic roll unloading, automatic core loading etc. The film roll has tidy two ends and even surface. All actions operated by touch screen and controlled by PLC. Fast speed roll changing and less tailing, which greatly reduce film waste and the production cost. After unloading, the film rolls directly enter into the next procedure (air removal), which save time and labor.
