Characteristic
The KSE series co-rotating parallel triple screw extruder are arranged in a "one" shape, and rotate in the same direction at high speed, so that the materials are subjected to strong shearing, extrusion, kneading, grinding, and better homogenization and dispersion.
The triple screw extruder has one more high shear zone than the traditional twin screw extruder, so that the plasticizing and mixing performance is doubled compared with the twin screw extruder of the same specification, so high-yield extrusion can be realized.
The production capacity is twice that of the twin screw extruder. Due to the increase in specific surface area and the increase in surface renewal rate, the devolatilization efficiency has also been greatly improved.
