Characteristic

1. LFR-8012 can be applied in polyester chips, filament, short fiber, thin film and permanent flame retardant polyester products. Polyesters with LFR-8012 have good performance in terms of color, spinnability, fiber strength and chromaticity. LFR-8012 is suited as flame retardant for all spinning systems. It has excellent thermal stability, does not decompose at the spinning temperature. It can improve the antistatic performance of polyester products, and is suitable for various application areas where conventional PET and PBT can be applied.
2.LFR-8012 melts at processing temperature above 200℃ and is miscible with the molten polyester.Without blocking holes, reducing the frequency of changing the filter screen.
3.For convenient operation, it can be made into flame retardant masterbatch(the loading amount of flame retardant is 50%). With 5%~10% flame retardant masterbatch a limit oxygen index (LOI) above 30% can be achieved.
